Traditional smoked fish
All our smoked fish is smoked in a traditional kiln using oak wood shavings and shavings from used whisky barrels. They are hung on wooden sticks and placed in the kiln to be smoked for a minimum of 8 hours.
All salmon bought in is Scottish. A local company, Lossie Seafoods sources our salmon from "The Scottish Seafood Company". Lossie Seafoods also provides our high quality smoked sliced salmon. We produce a very popular ready to eat product called hot smoked salmon, which is salmon that has been traditionally smoked and then baked.
We are open from 9.00 till 5.00 Mon to Fri and 8.00 till 12.00 on a Saturday.
